• https://github.com/doccano/doccano - text annotation tool that integrates pretty easily into a any data science workflow (doesn't matter the language)
• https://github.com/onepanelio/core - played around with this and the above annotation tool to create a small spaCy sample. was pretty easy to use. its CV oriented but theres nothing really capping you from using the workflow to run different tasks.
• there's a library that will let you look at objects in real time...i used this to debug a graphql problem -
